Re: Intel® CSME Version Detection Tool
pred 8 mesiacmi 3 týždnamiAbsolutely correct, it was listed in the guide from plutomaniac and it is important:Before adding the files to Flash Image Tool, I selected the correct stepping/revision of my chipset (C0 instead of B0 which was selected by default) in the drop-down list, I don't know if it makes any difference.
Happy to help and enjoy your day as well.Under "PCH Information" > "PCH Step Data" you will find your system's Chipset Stepping/Revision which starts with a letter (i.e. Ax, Bx, Cx).
Cheers
Tom

Great and thank you very much Tom!
It seems the name has changed in MEInfoWin64: it was called 'PCH Revision ID' on my system.
Also, I have noticed in HWiNFO that Intel ME FITC version didn't change (screenshot attached). Do you know if this is normal?

Re: Intel® CSME Version Detection Tool
pred 8 mesiacmi 3 týždnamiTo my knowledge, it contains only the region, so it doesn't need to be updated. Also, I have noticed in HWiNFO that Intel ME FITC version didn't change (screenshot attached). Do you know if this is normal?
I read some posts regarding FITC on older ME versions, which was extracted and then flashed and it corrupted the ME Firmware, but haven't seen any further feedback on that.
It could be that this part doesn't need to be updated, because it poses no security vulnerability.
Cheers
Tom

The reported ME FIT version remains the same when manually updating the ME region, this is the version reported upon the build image of the entire ME Firmware. Its only changes, to the according used FIT version/tools, when building from root a new ME FW image or rebuilding a corrupted one, again on a full ME image, not only region.
