Intel Smart Sound Technology/Detection Verification Driver

How you get the IntcOED_RenderHeadroom.inf (INF code  pastebin.com/raw/bDTuBUsp )? I can't find any update of this Extension in google/ddg results. 
In Windows Update Catalog is not  available. (Or I don't have idea how to find it).

There's other hidden .inf that Intel intentionally aren't sharing , a PDF on page 30 which lists out other .inf files related to Intel SST (I got as well lots of other secret Intel files that got leaked out & collected throughout the internet) , hopefully I'm not breaking forum rules.  here's a screenshot of the page from the PDF if you wanna know the list of other Intel SST .inf files.
