New Forum version, updated from version 6.4 to 7 (Kunena)

The new version brings a number of improvements, but also a bug affecting the latest forum messages on the homepage, which is currently unstable.

Otherwise, here are the improvements:
The ability to use Messenger directly on the forum under your avatar, and the same applies to email.
New icons for selecting categories and topics.
Improved readability across the entire forum.
Improved spam protection.
