Realtek HDA/UAD/Component Drivers

note to admin:

due to the recent release of the Realtek Audio 6.0.9632.1 WHQL Asus {motherboard} driver , the older "Realtek Audio 6.0.9629.1 WHQL Asus driver" listed on Station Drivers {for Asus motherboards} is no longer available from the Asus web site (it is now a broken "404 not found" link - Asus has removed this 9629 version and replaced it with the newer 9632 version)

-this 6.0.9635.1 Asus driver package has newer Realtek APO2 driver versions {v12.315.1167.251 for win10 & v13.315.1167.251 for win11}
than the 6.0.9635.1 MSI driver (which has the outdated v12.294.1136.240 & v13.294.1136.240 Realtek APO2 driver versions}

Very likely, because the above Subsystem ID is missing from the official Asus driver you linked.

not exactly true, Tom.

download the 6.0.9629.1 MSI driver either from here or here and check for yourself.  the HDXSSTASUS.inf file for the 9629 MSI driver mentions "14621452" and is 138811 bytes in size while the HDXSSTASUS.inf file from the 9629 Asus driver is 138708 bytes in size.
the 9629.1 Asus driver that I linked appears to be an Asus only driver and the hdxrt.cat & hdxrtext.cat signature files are much smaller size than those same 2 CAT files found from the 9629.1 MSI driver.



 

HWID "INTELAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0274&SUBSYS_14621452" has been permanently transferred from the HDXSSTASUS.inf file onto the HDXSSTMSI.inf file in the newly released 6.0.9635.1 MSI driver package and versions 6.0.9632.1 & 6.0.9635.1 of the HDXSSTASUS.inf file from the 9632/9635 Asus driver packages no longer mention ID "14621452"
