I have a PHIXERO RM2-G2 USB3 nvme enclosure. I am only seeing 480MB connections to my PC regardless of the port or cable that I use. Other devices do connect at 5000MB/sec so I'm starting to think that this is a hardware or firmware issue with the enclosure. I have an ADATA SX8200NP drive mounted in the enclosure.
I believe that this uses the Realtek RTL9210 chipset. Is there a utility that can verify this?
Is there a firmware that would be safe for me to install onto this enclosure? Is there a way to dump the current firmware from this enclosure?
