Help changing enclosure configurations

Hey everyone, how's it going? 
Recently, I bought an USB C Sata Enclosure. Brand is eaget. Chipset seems to be Realtek's RTL9201R. My problem with it, is that after a while... possibly between 1 and 5 minutes, the HDD is sleeping. Changes all the Windows settings related to power saving configs and had no success on it. Googling around, I found station-drivers and saw a few posts with mptool. So I gave it a go and got a dump text for my enclosure. Can you guys help me finding out how to disable this sleep timer?
