umm thats and exotic one some flash updates require the power being actually being pulled from the pc not just just down
try that first then come back

pull the power cord for 30 secs and press the power button to drain the caps

Already done that. Tried it in a linux machine, QNAP TS-464 but same issue.

You can try
flashupdate2 --reflash ATL2-8.0.1_AGENT_sign.CLX AQC113-DirtyWake_Bx-1.5.42_bdp_aqsign.clx
kickstart2

if it doesnt link you can try

flashupdate2 --reflash ATL2-8.0.1_AGENT_sign.CLX AQC113-Antigua_Bx-1.5.42_bdp_aqsign.clx
kickstart2

then shut down and pull power
