You can download the latest driver from Microsoft: catalog.s.download.windowsupdate.com/c/m...d2b75259b6a279e7.cab v6.0.9771.1.

Use Microsoft Update catalog - search by HWID without "REV" part.

the driver download links mentioned by Tom and pupu14 are modern UAD/DCH drivers, which will NOT provide the
audio Enhancements properties tab that the OP is looking for.

original Realtek audio driver package from the Acer support site for the Acer Nitro AN515-52 laptop (v6.0.1.8366) is
in legacy HDA (non-UAD) format.

OP can either use the 6.0.9273.1 driver from this link (which is in legacy HDA non-UAD format) to bring back the Enhancement options:

OR

if installing the modern UAD/DCH based Realtek audio drivers, follow the directions from this Ten forums topic after installing the drivers:
