Make a backup of your current firmware before Flashing anything
FwUpdateTool_v1_19_13.exe
RD Version Tick
Backup Old Firmware Only Tick
Run

Multi Drive Firmware should be fine on single drive hardware it just enables the use of Port Multipliers
Single Drive Firmware can be flashed to Multi Drive Hardware but will only show one drive

If you are running a single device
I would say Run
