Here is after updating the firmware because as I have an Asus A1 I can confirm that there is no problem normally
Did you plug it into a USB 2.0 port because sometimes it does not work on a USB 3.0 port

I plug it on my thunderbolt 4 port
but the mptool and config I put it in the ssd inside tuf a1
what should I do now? the drive is not appear in my notebook now
I didn't close the mptool yet.
should I unplug it and plug in again would reset?
it not broke right?

Strange that your chipset is recognized as RTL9200, it is indeed an RTL9210B chipset ?
