Hello to all of you and thank you again for your loyalty,

Of course I am aware that there may still be work to do but the biggest part is done

Re: NVME USB drives Realtek RTL9210/RTL9220 Firmware Version 1.xx
1 year 4 months agoI don't think so. The HMB is a part of the NVMe specification. The USB standards (USB mass storage and USB attached SCSI) don't include, AFAIK, any similar functionality to allow devices to access host memory. So even if adapters such as the 9210B could support HMB at the PCIe interface, they wouldn't be able to properly translate/resend those PCIe messages through the USB bus.Anyone has a clue if the NVME-TO-USB adapters like the 9210B can initialize the Host Memory Buffer feature of the newer NVME SSD's ?
Regards.
