the v6.3.9600.2239 Realtek USB Audio drivers you tried to install are outdated & Asus offers newer versions from their support site, which are compatible with Win11 & recent Win10 versions.

the latest one offered for that board is 6.3.9600.2342 . {try the package that mentions "SS3 Virtual Mixer disabled for better stability"}
after downloading & saving the driver package onto the computer, disconnect from the internet (set your PC to "Airplane mode" to cut off all Wifi connections or if connected using a wired/LAN ethernet cable, unplug it  -- never leave an active or open internet connection while uninstalling & installing the audio drivers, we don't want Microsoft to inadvertently install their own version of the realtek usb audio driver without user consent), remove/uninstall the old version, reboot install the new version, reboot again and then later re-connect to the internet {aka. exit/disable "Airplane mode" to restore wifi/wireless connections}.

if you tried to install the 6.3.9600.2342 driver and & still encounter problems, try asking in the Asus ROG forums motherboard section  for more advice.

A quick question... how I should do to correctly uninstall all the audio drivers ?
Just uninstall them from Windows App list or using Driver Store Explorer (or DDU) ?
