Thanks buddy. Now it works on USB 4 port but speed is limited to 20 Gbps USB 3.2 Gen 2x2
Guess USB4 functionality is kinda busted on this ASM2464 chipset.

Because in this mode the PCIe is not tunneled. On my GMKtec M7 (AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 6850H) USB4 works perfectly. There are no problems with booting or mounting disks via USB4.

No issues with USB4 on my Z890.
Configuration
Asus Z890 ProArt, Intel Cpu Core Ultra 7 265K, Memoires 32Go Corsair DDR5 (6000Mhz CL30), Water-cooling Thermaright, nVidia Geforce RTX4060,  Alimentation Gigabyte 850W, Samsung SSD 990 Pro, SSD9100 Pro, Steelserie Pro , Souris Razer, Boitier HUMMER, HP Steelserie, Free Fibre Ultra (8Go/8Go), Lan 10Gb, Cable CAT8/7, Switch 10/5/2.5Gbps, Casque Philips Fedelis.
