thats where a checksum of the nvram + firmware goes after you flash it
if you open say AS_PCIE_201012_91_00_00.bin you can see exactly where you should trim upto
Reply 2
You just read the Config Table and screenshot it
and mess with as_mp_Tool v0.5.ini until when you flash it matches
then your nvram is identical to factory nvram
as there is no way to know what they had in as_mp_Tool v0.5.ini from the factory otherwise
so a bit of reverse engineering and you can check if they had any power management features on and such
as_mp_Tool v0.5.ini everything is correct apart from the serial number is AAAABBBB0003 from the factory
I like to know the exact settings it came with from the factory
Here's a copy that flashes the identical Nvram that comes on the Samget
mega.nz/file/ljQHga4T#gjYkAvjqfk4Cla9oN1...MVT-m2s5WIYEkmEv2N-M
I dont actually run that ini
I Just wanted to know the exact settings they came with with (3A, 3B, 3C are the Samget's)
I run this so they match my Phison PU31-Pro and set the idle timer to 30 Min

1) Is the "4B 27 00 00 00 00" value related to nvram if i understand correctly ?
Infact as i sayd if i delete this value aswell, the firmware hash match your AS_PCIE_201012_91_00_00.bin
I think i mistake bacuse in a video howto asmedia firmware dump/trim he talk only to trim the "FF" stuff
2) Sorry, What are the values in the configuration table?
3) About nvram, just in case i need flash the firmware, Is safe to use AS_PCIE_201012_91_00_00.bin from your samget and change only the serial and/or idle timer to mp_Tool v0.5.ini ?
4) Are there situation where is usefull backup/clone the NVram ?

1: When you flash the firmware and the nvram to the device after its flashed
the device makes a checksum that it checks on every boot to verify that both images are valid
on the stock samget firmware and nvram that checksum is 4B 27 00 00 00 00
Basicly just dont worry about it it shouldnt be in the image you didnt trim it quite enough
2: The Configuration table is a visual representation of the current nvram settings that the flasher can show you
see image below
3: Yes but use AS_PCIE_210901_91_00_00.bin (01 September 2021)
Your already on the latest known firmware
All files tested and flash/work fine
From Station Drivers
AS_PCIE_200324_91_00_00.bin (24 March 2020)
Directly Dumped From My Integral PU31-Pro (ASM2364)
AS_PCIE_200505_90_00_00.bin (05 May 2020)
Silverstone MS12 Firmware (ASM2364)
AS_PCIE_201012_91_00_00.bin (12 October 2020)
Directly Dumped from my Samget Enclosure (ASM2364)
AS_PCIE_210901_91_00_00.bin (01 September 2021)
210901 21=2021 09=September 01=1st
4: you cant actually save the nvram and flash it back you can dump them but we have no way of flashing them back
so you have to take a screenshot of the values and reverse engineer the changes

I uploaded the wrong file in my post two above the Nvram isnt quite exact in it (I have replaced it now with the file below)
mega.nz/file/ljQHga4T#gjYkAvjqfk4Cla9oN1...MVT-m2s5WIYEkmEv2N-M
This one is exact but there's one setting that has to be manually done
Read Do Before Flash.txt in the archive if you want the Nvram Exact
Do Before Flash.txt
If you want the Nvram to match how it came from the factory
I have set everything apart from Idle Time (the setting in the ini is ignored for some reason)
Press the padlock icon then type in password = asmedia
Change Idle timer to 10 Min
