I think the disk cache and the CPU are not processing the data quickly, and this is causing a bottleneck.
Try enabling or disabling the disk cache.

So I'am try my 3 cable and all of them show me similar speed. Maybe really problem in my cables. But what a speed I see when transfer my file? I can resigned with my speed, but I think 45-50* for 35mb/s is too hot. Is it a normal? can I control my ssd temperature?

Thank you for help.

@Fridira I don't know much about the SN530 but if it's anything like the SN850 it will run hot,if I were you order a Team Group MP44 ssd I use them all the time and really like them and they are very fast and also have a cache and don't run really warm, also the Team Group MP44 1TB has an endurance of 1450TBW and that means you can write 1450TB to it before it will lock and go into read only mode to prevent data loss,if you look at Samsung WD and many other top brands their TBW are crap and some 1TB models only have a 400 to 600TBW rating and cost more then the Team Group MP44,with Team Group most of their ssd's are fine and the MP44 is the best ssd from what I have found, also if you do look at them be aware they also have an MP44L which is slower cheaper and has less endurance.
