Z490 got recently updated while Z590 have some time since then, but i don't remember them being posted here.
Example for the z490 a-pro i own: www.msi.com/Motherboard/Z490-A-PRO/support
7C75v2F - Support MSI Driver Utility Installer / Update Microcode / Fix language can't change - 2023-08-31
Verified and compared the bios file they released and they match the bios i updated myself, all the microcodes are the latest available.
