What is the difference between UTNVME and UTGDFW? I see GD being referred to as "Firmware Golden" but I don't know what that means.
 
This Firmware has three parts Config, UTNVME and UTGDFW. Use UTNVME as Firmware BIN and UTGDFW as Firmware GD. These two are paired with each other, flash always both.

You can try 1 and 7 but i think you have a Hardware Problem
Reset Pin Active low or to pause the device without deselecting the device
Serial data input and output for 4 x I/O read mode

Hi, I checked the firmware on my case and it is newer than the one you recently posted. 
Fw version: 1.30.28 and build date: 2022.08.10.
I would like to make a backup and post it here, but I don't know how. Could someone explain to me what software is needed to make a backup? The mptool lite can only update the firmware, if I remember correctly.
