download the "Realtek Audio Universal Service 1.0.838.0" SWC driver package from here:

that package includes version 12.0.6000.357 of the RealtekRS5HSA.inf file

Just wanted to note, the links are in the wrong order.  kg8 goes to 2.52.362.0 and hfq goes to 1.52.362.0.
