@QuadDamage Well ok, something is indeed strange with 1.5.42.
After the update it survived a reboot without a problem, but not a power off & power on.
So, for now I will go back to 1.3.33 (with ASPM) and test the other 1.5.x versions later again.
This is my 1.3.33 image:  www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/okyhfc7c73m08baty...30e&st=qiogb195&dl=0

The rest of the 1MB flash is filled with 0xff.

I flashed this to my card earlier with flashupdate2 --reflash ATL2-8.0.1_AGENT_sign.CLX hu4567.clx
it flashed fine mac is preserved suspend and wakeup still fine
power off still fine

what exactly is different to this in comparison to the original file
as i have tried flashing via this method in the past and there is no link after suspending the pc or powering it off

flashed my second card also mac also preserved

thanks btw..

you need secure boot disabled to flash
i had turned it on the other week and was getting an error until i disabled it in the bios

It is the AQC113-DirtyWake_Bx_ASPM_Enabled-1.3.33_bdp_aqsign.clx image file, but already patched with customclx2.
And I used the mac und phy values from entry id 8 (which uses image AQC113-Antigua_Bx-1.3.33_bdp_aqsign.clx, but I wanted ASPM).

I added this additional entry to my updatedata.xml:
Code:
  <bdp id="15">     <hwids>       <pciid vid="1d6a" did="14c0" sdid="0001" svid="1d6a" />     </hwids>     <mac>01000c0040000000000000000100000002000c00000300003ddb9ca1ffffffff</mac>     <phy>0301040200e4030003001cc482b1ffff1dc482b1ffff1ec40100ffff</phy>     <exprom>True</exprom>     <image>AQC113-DirtyWake_Bx_ASPM_Enabled-1.3.33_bdp_aqsign.clx</image>   </bdp>
(and of course, also changed "--update" to "--reflash"... very important...)

e.g. ini's edited and it will patch the clx on the fly
i dont want to miss anything

and maybe a txt file in there saying what was changed in what file

actually i think i know everything you done
i will make one and try it myself after dinner
