Email report
Good morning and congratulations on the site :)
I recently bought this enclosure it.aliexpress.com/item/1005001697543655....00017197644412%22%7D with JMS583 chip. I downloaded from your site first jms583_FWUpdate_Utility_0209.zip (and applied) and then jms583_20.05.00.01 (station-drivers.com).zip (and applied). I wanted to know if I did well. If I launch jms583_FWUpdate_Utility_0209 (the first FW applied) tells me:

even if the enclosure works and is connected. Thank you very much Max

Hi Max,
To update, plug it into a USB 2.0 port preferably because on USB 3.0 ports it may not be recognized
Also check the Version that corresponds to the series ex: 21.x or 2.x

Hi,
So, with the FW jms583_FWUpdate_Utility_0209.zip everything worked, then I was curious and I wanted to update with jms583_20.05.00.01 (station-drivers.com).zip and it also works now. My doubt is that I don't know if I was right to update from 0209 to 20.05.00.01

This is what I see:  ibb.co/WD7Hf34

Now if i start jms583_FWUpdate_Utility_0209 with the enclosure connected on both USB 2 and USB 3, I get this: ibb.co/QYN5Bjj

But everything works, the only thing is that the transfers are fluctuating, not linear as speed, but this even before and I thought to solve with these firmware

Probably that message gives it to me because I now have a more updated firmware (20.05.00.01) and therefore FW jms583_FWUpdate_Utility_0209 cannot detect it ... boh
