this last MSI Driver packs an updated APO (13.0.6000.1645) which feels like it never gets updated, HSA (.357), Service (.837). Thank you!

you're welcome.
v12.0.6000.1645 (for Win10) & v130.0.6000.1645 (for Win11) are Realtek APO1 drivers
while v12.2060.1641.496 & v13.2060.1641.496 are Realtek APO2/UAPO2 drivers {used on certain laptop, AIO desktop & mini PCs/NUCs}
