answer to 1st question - check the MDL forums Realtek HD Audio page , I think I made an unofficial realtek usb audio 6.3.9600.2368 MSI driver around end of September but you need to be a member of that other forum to obtain it.  I don't have the direct link to it with me and it will not be mentioned here on the station driver forum.

answer to 2nd question - editing/modifying INF files is too complicated for you to understand; I won't share that kind of info so don't worry about that (sometimes new stuff like new "IDs" get added or Realtek can make unexpected changes to the INF files)
