Next time just buy one with a metal heatsink case, tiny fans are dubious and unreliable, at best used in conjunction with a heatsink themselves.

I use device RTL9210B-CG first day.
Install good NVME SSD.
The speed was only 37Mb/s in USB 3.1 port.
After Update the FW to
- RTL9210B_v1.32.87.082923_signed.bin
- RTL9210B_gd_v4.30.23.071922.bin
my device work only in USB2.0 port and not work in USB3.x ports.

with the new MPTOOL you can set the sleep time of your SSD

the choice is before the day before and 1 or 10 or 20 or 30 ect and 0 for never

That's not entirely true you need to remove PCIE_PWRCUT_THRES = 0xa and replace it in config file with:

;10 minutes of idle time will disable disk power
DISK_IPS_THRES = 1
